Build Your Own Gaming Notebook

Is Asus G71gx-RX05 a best choice for gaming laptop under $1300?

I am looking to buy a gaming notebook. My budget is $1300. I have read some reviews about it and chose it. Do you think it is a good choice or are there better gaming laptop available within that price tag

  1. Nope not worth the price. I'd reccomend the vaio AW series. CPU is 3.05, RAM is 8 gb. Price is 1299 $ http://www.sonystyle.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/CategoryDisplay?catalogId=10551&storeId=10151&langId=-1&categoryId=8198552921644588896&parentCategoryId=16154 It can also play blue ray disk and can store up to 700 GB.

I think its the best note book under 1300 $ :)

  2. I looked into that Sony as stated by Beam and it starts at $1449 with the 2.53ghz processor, 2gb memory, 320gb HD and a normal CD/DVD Burner. In all my researching so far there isn't a laptop that compares to specs for the price as the G71GX-RX05. As long as you get the bios update you should be good to go for right about $1300. 3. Yes within that price tag it is the best one but not the cheapest one. Check the source for more references...
