I dont know much about pc gaming but heres my laptop specs. Any help will be really appreciated HP Pavilion dv6 Notebook PC Processor: Pentium Dual core cpu T4300 @ 2.10GHz (2CPUs), ~2.1GHz Memory: 4096mb RAM DirectX Version: DirectX 11 Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, Build 7600) Chip type (gfx card type, I think): Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family I didnt know Crysis was such a complex game. Are there any games that would run smoothly or close to with my specs?

  1. Your Graphic card is the problem. You don't have a graphic card that can support a game like crysis.

You can try playing on minimal settings, but that is no fun. Your ps specs are good except for a graphic card. Get any 512mb nvidia or ati and you are good to go.

  2. Crysis is still 'that game' that people use to brag about their PC specs ("It can run Crysis on the highest settings!").

Your processor is not really up to handling it, and that's not something you can practically replace. MIN. 2.8 GHz or faster (XP) or 3.2 GHz or faster* (Vista) (http://www.crysisdemo.com/crysis-system-requirements.htm). The problem with Vista is it raises (sometimes doubles) the required specs because it takes up so much of your RAM and processing just to run itself, so you might have a decently improved experience if you run it on XP or upgrade to Windows 7. Otherwise your processor has a chance of overheating while you play. It might just shut down your system, but it has a chance of melting frying something important and bricking your laptop.

Other than that, run it on lower settings and you may get a bit of an improvement too.
