Build Your Own Gaming Notebook

What is the best yet cheapest gaming notebook for $1000 or less?

I know that gaming Laptops don't come cheap so if your going to tell me to build my own can you give me all the specs for a good computer that can handle The Sims 2, MMOs, Fear, Doom 3 and other High caliber games Plz also I really like watching dvds, dell is where i got my Desktop from them six years ago it was over 3000 dollars but it still serves me today but im only a teen so i cant afford that so I would really like to get a gaming Laptop for my Birthday in November so someone Plz help.
