which is better....geforce 8 series or 7 series for gaming notebooks??
im planing on getting a notebook and wish to know which is better.

- This is a good question. THe 8600 and 8400 are the only Directx10 card for the laptop. The 7800 and 7900series should still be faster but only directx9 compatible. You can wait for the mobile 8800 which is suppose to be the fastest.
- It's always the lastest one.
- Not unless its the 8800 cards. The 8600GT card is slower in speed and in benchmarking than the 7600 to 7950
