Build Your Own Gaming Notebook
Best Gaming Laptop? or companies?
I want to buy a new notebook pc, need it to be custom built and fast so i can do lots of gaming. Ive looked at alienware and ibuypower. Anyone know othe companies that build custom gaming laptops? Design is secondary to performance, but if it looks nice, even better.

- I dont know of any custom gaming laptop companies other than what you have already listed. You can try looking at newegg.com to see what they have. A suggestion instead of a "Gaming Laptop" would be a business laptop, they tend to have more power than a regular laptop and most computer companies offer a business line. They are no frills and look plain but the power can be quite amazing. I bought an HP nc8430 last year. Its a business machine and at the time the ATi express radeon x1600 was the second best ATi video card out for laptops after the x1800 that Alienware but for like half the price. Its a really nice computer too. Clean dark grey metal case and really thin.
