How do I activate my webcam for the HP 2000-210US Notebook PC?

There's a built-in webcam and idk how to turn it on/off. I wanna use it for playing webcam motion games online

   Go to all programs, click accessories, click camera, fax, scanner, printer and you should see a webcam program.
